You have proxy and patch both unchecked

#

No proxy = No private
No patch = No login

#

Once you fix that you'll be on your way

I enabled the proxy and path and there was a new error "Server busy, try again later. (502)

First close the game and Grasscutter. Open task manager and look under background processes for any "Java TM Platform SE Binary" processes and end them.
Start Grasscutter and wait for it to say "Done!"
Then launch the game.

I closed Java TM and reopened Grasscutter. I had another problem. " Unable to connect to the server, check your network settings. Error code:4214"

You haven't patched your game correctly. Please enable "Automatically Patch RSA" in your Cultivation settings.

If you are getting a white screen, then your Grasscutter version and game version do not match. They must be the same for you to be able to play. Please update Grasscutter.
