where do i download the github plugins

You download a plugin from it's github page
As it says on every one of them in the instructions: place in plugins folder

Do be sure to actually read the instructions on the github pages

If you downloaded through Cultivation then by default that would be in %appdata%\cultivation\grasscutter

i did put it in the plugins

Just placing it in there won't make it suddenly work, plugins are loaded when the server starts

You no doubt put it in there when the server was already running

So since the server was already running, the plugin was not loaded

Restart the server so it can load that plugin

Ok then you don't have the plugin in your current Grasscutter's plugin folder

Can you go to your Cultivation settings and confirm the location of your Grasscutter JAR
