Pretty much impossible for that to happen, but I'd suggest you just go run your 3dmigoto loader manually then click the normal launch button in Cultivation
All that migoto launch does is launch 3dmigoto, then start the proxy+game as the normal launch button does

3dmigoto doesn't open anything unless you explicitly add a config option for it, if you set it to launch the game yourself then that would indeed cause many problems
