#Trying to host on win server problem 4206 network error

ive looked at several threads on discord and github but i still cant figure out how to fix the network error problem as shown below and in the console:

17:31:09 <INFO:DefaultAuthenticators$TokenAuthenticator> [Dispatch] Client 36.77.**.*** is trying to log in via token.
17:31:10 <INFO:DefaultAuthenticators$TokenAuthenticator> [Dispatch] Client 36.77.**.*** failed to log in via token.
17:31:29 <INFO:DefaultAuthenticators$PasswordAuthenticator> [Dispatch] Client 36.77.**.*** logged in as 10001.
17:31:29 <INFO:DefaultAuthenticators$SessionKeyAuthenticator> [Dispatch] Client 36.77.**.*** succeed to exchange combo token.
17:32:36 <INFO:DefaultAuthenticators$TokenAuthenticator> [Dispatch] Client 36.77.**.*** is trying to log in via token.
17:32:36 <INFO:DefaultAuthenticators$TokenAuthenticator> [Dispatch] Client 36.77.**.*** logged in via token as 10001.

If you have the 4206 error, either your encryption settings are incorrect (please disable encryption in Cultivation settings) or your device has not reached the server. Please make sure that Cultivation's proxy is turned on in the settings panel and that encryption is disabled.
