In the Grasscutter cmd
"Grasscutter version: " is a line near the top
And "Game version: "
which says what game version it is made for

ok so i think i figured what is missing there is no grasscutter cmd opening whatsoever
i've seen some videos about it and i've tried setting things up with grassclipper but the grasscutter jar is also missing

You already have Cultivation
It does not come with Grasscutter by default, please read the instructions
Skip downloading the 3.7 game since currently the all in one is for 4.0

If you're on 4.0 game you must have 4.0 gc
Use the all in one download in Cultivation settings

The grasscutter public server is not updated, you're running a local server so just connect locally
change the address to localhost and uncheck https
