Yeah so you've set the game exe to be Cultivation
Which is why nothing is happening
You need to set it to your 3.7 game install, to GenshinImpact.exe

Also since you're trying to play on a public server, you don't need to start Grasscutter (which I assume you were referring to when you said "the console dosent open")

Because the game is 50gb
So need 50gb for the downloaded zip, and then another 50gb to extract to
You can then delete the zip after, so final size is 50gb

On the Grasscutter official public server you need to use the facebook or twitter button to login

The closest you can get is using enka to get public showcase characters and their equips, and then inventorykamera to get the contents of your inventory.
Not that it's really worth the effort on GC anyways, just use commands to get whatever you want at whatever level/stats/etc you want
