Given there is no error there is no way to be completely sure
Could be that the lua errs are suppressed in 1.6.2
if that is the case then you need to edit your character's position in mongodb to somewhere near the beginning

white screen isn't related to patch though, you were patched before because you were logging in

Considering you have a quite concerning grasscutter folder, that would be recommended
Do be sure to simply use the all in one from the Cultivation downloads menu
Also be aware that is not related to 4214 in any way
