I'm trying to connect my account, however when I try to send the code, it just says network error. I've already manually disabled encryption, and some people are saying that I should try and change the port to 443 on the Grasscutter Tools launcher tab but it won't let me for some reason.

Why are you trying to use gc tools to create an account? If you're using the all in one you simply log in with the name you want and any password

connect, not create. It's likely due to the changes in 1.6.1
You do need to change the connection in the app to use http instead of https to connect since encryption is disabled.
But even then, it may not work even if you do everything right due to the changes in 1.6.0/1 which is the same reason plugins have to be updated

That's not what you want to change anyways
As you can see, that is for a proxy. You don't want to use the proxy in that app anyways since you are using Cultivation

if you are capable of changing the connection settings maybe but still not likely due to the 1.6.x changes mentioned before
just copy/paste the commands instead until the accompanying plugin for the tool is updated
Looks to me like the plugin was updated, make sure you're actually using it first

Were you not using the plugin for the tool before? That would be why you couldn't connect it
If you were, then it's on the github page
Also, the settings to change the remote connection are in the settings tab, not the launcher tab. You're using Cultivation so the launcher tab should not be used at all

You grabbed the right version?
because of the breaking changes to plugins in 1.6.x you must use plugins made for that version, which means only the latest from the plugins page will work on it

Last question, how to unlock Dressing Room? Cuz ive already executed the commands to finish the quest required and it worked but i still cant open the Dressing Room

If it isn't open from the start, and you completed it with commands instead of through game, then you probably have to edit your player properties or wherever the lock for that is
