If you play on normal Grasscutter the items work to unlock it just like on official, without any requirements
On Yuuki if you can't change it at tubby then you can't change your active realm

Well I used /prop unlockhome on command and first 3 realms opened, but Inazuma realm and Sumeru still not. So at Tubby I can set as an active only first 3 realms

if you have silken print then you can use it to unlock the realm, sacred sakura not related
the sacred sakura rank is required to buy the silken print from the shop, not to use it
If you use the item and nothing happens then it's because Yuuki isn't using the implementation for it or it was broken. This function was already added to normal Grasscutter
