Make sure you installed Cultivation from the .msi (not the zip) first, and have the settings checked to use the internal proxy and connect to grasscutter
After the .msi is done, launch Cultivation from the shortcut it creates on your desktop
Then just ensure you have kept the default settings checked, "Connect to Grasscutter" on the front page, and "Use internal proxy" in settings
Good, as long as your settings are correct you should be good to go

Not for me my grasscutter doesn’t work with that checked

mongodb setting definitely doesn't have anything to do with proxy setting, you may have a messed up config

if you go to %appdata%\cultivation and move configuration.json anywhere else then run Cultivation again you'll get a fresh one

Its not really a issue for me so theres no need for me to make a post unless @fluid hazel wants to really look into it then I don’t mind

The setting has genuinely no connection to proxy in any way (I made the setting myself, so I'm pretty familiar with it) but if you can consistently recreate the behavior a new post could be good to investigate what's happening
