Sorry for bothering you, but I have run into an error that I cannot find any previous instances of. I used the /tp command to teleport into scene 1003, and since then I have not been able to get into the game since, as I now keep getting an error -1-4308, and the console says "Unable to load activities config". Does anyone know how to fix this?

I tried doing that, but it did not fix the issue.

Open Compass and connect to mongodb://localhost:27017. Go to grasscutter > players and edit the position value of whatever your account is.
Make sure that you are logged out when that is happening.
