Yuuki does use AttackModifier but they've changed the command to /use
You can do /use on and /use off but I'm not sure if you are able to change the gadgets on there, running the plugin on a local server will have full functionality
I believe Yuuki uses global config still, that's why sometimes it is 'just on' or 'just off' because someone else has turned them on/off
