the launcher and console closes without anything opening

cyan cove
#

You changed resources

#

Did you delete the cache folder

#

If not, you are exiting because of a null pointer

stiff willow
#

ah, that might be it. Is the cache folder inside the cultivation one?

cyan cove
#

It's in the Grasscutter folder

stiff willow
#

different from the cultivation folder i assume?

cyan cove
#

Cultivation is a launcher, Grasscutter is the actual server

#

You changed resources in the Grasscutter folder

stiff willow
#

oh yeah sorry haha just realised

#

just delete this correct?

cyan cove
#

Yes

stiff willow
#

alright time to see if things work out

#

mmm

#

it closes again without anything appearing

cyan cove
#

Your server is exiting, that's why it is closing. Start the jar manually instead to see the error

stiff willow
#

sec

cyan cove
#

You can either use start.cmd in the Grasscutter folder by putting PAUSE on the last line an then running it, or opening cmd and using java -jar

i just clicked the normal launch button and it worked

#

i was using the migoto launch before this (extras)

cyan cove
#

Ok so the issue wasn't your grasscutter at all, it was you have the wrong thing set for 3dmigoto?

Have you closed https? Remember to close https

Everything minimizing when you launch is normal

#

Then the 3dmigoto loader opens, and then the game

stiff willow
#

mm it's uh

#

not minimized, everything seems to just close as in gone

cyan cove
#

Well you have an issue with your 3dmigoto if it works normally but not with extras

#

you can go run the 3dmigoto loader manually before launching and see what it says

stiff willow
#

ahhhh

#

when i was installing the resources for 3.5 and was deleting the installation setup i had accidentally deleted the migoto folder

#

my bad

cyan cove
#

No worries

stiff willow
#

i'll try launching it now that i've recovered and redirected it again, if everything works consider this support thread solved

#

yep everything works now. Thanks for the help!
