Cultivation can’t download the “latest” version of grasscutter. You’d have to manually download it through actions in their github.

Oh, and theres a PR for update 3.4 in their pull requests tab. You can build grasscutter yourself using their forked repo with the instructions on github if you really want to play private servers that badly. Otherwise, you’ll need to wait.
