i was reading other peoples issues with error 4214 and one issue was to unpatch the game, cuz im playing on 3.3 now . but prior i tried to patch the latest update. ?. and now i removed the mhypbase.dll replacement and renamed the "backup" one back to its original and the game still has the issue

I'm not sure what you've done with your files, but you need to follow the instructions from #1025543438604710018 to patch your game

Backups are irrelevant, once again, because the original can never be used again

Your game and your server both need to be 3.3. You need to patch, that's all
If you're getting 4214 then one of those things is not correct, or you are connecting to official with the patch

Normally you would rename or move the original out, then rename the patch and put it in, or put it in first and then rename
