I remember that in version 3.3, there should be at least 10 days before the new Grasscutter comes out. Of course, some developers may have experienced it earlier.

Private servers have many bugs in the plot, so even if 3.4 is updated, you can probably only buy some clothes (Ayaka) and test character to experience the feeling of peak attack.

This question seems to be asked every time when Genshin Impact updates. In fact, we have to wait for the disclosure of the 3.4 Resource file before the private server can be built.
