rename the jar to "grasscutter" and start.bat will work

both those files are necessary if you intend to use mitmproxy

because i'm starting mitmproxy with this command mitmdump -s proxy.py -k and i was wandering why there isn't proxy_config in the command

it doesn't need to be in the command, it is used in proxy.py
