If I have installed version 3.3 I have to wait till devs release that version for Cultivator or I can play with no problems? I am having a problem trying to connect to the game but I think it's because of the 3.3 version and I want to take my doubts out

Cultivation does not update with the game, it is only a launcher and can launch any version of the game.

Is there a way to download the 3.2 version and put the folder in a different location from my original game?? So I can play now and dont have to wait for the release of the 3.3 of cultivator

But yes you can download full game data for 3.2 as you wait for grasscutter to update to support 3.3
