Ok it looks like you have the settings set to connect to the local server, if you want to connect there make sure you go disable encryption in cultivation settings and then restart the server

Then you will be able to connect to your local server

Ok these aren't preventing you from connecting/playing so go ahead and make an account and log in

account create NAME UID where name is the login name and uid is optionally custom uid number

put any password in the field when you login in-game
