How can I spawn similar entity?

I am wondering if its possible to spawn similar entity, or even the same raiden as shown there that would not attack but have godmode, is it possible on grasscutter (maybe with plugins)?

1. install akebi
2. enable dumb enemies
3. spawn raiden with hp0
