When you get weapons from wishing it shows its not NEW why?

When i get new weapons from wishing it doen't show it's new and it gives me starglitter why is it like that,
and the characters are new. In inventory it will show up as new but in wishing it doesn't.
can i change it or not..

You can try go into official server, create a new account and do wish, iirc the 3 star weapon won't show "New" on gacha, only 4 star weapon and 5/4 star character
