- Your cultivation is outdated
- Can't patch because game version is newer than 3.0 (you would see the error if your cultivation was up-to-date)
- Uncheck automatic patching in settings
If you're using 2.8/3.0 then it will patch automatically, if error then patch manually still

Since you aren't up to date and don't see the error, metadata patching is only for 2.8/3.0, 3.1+ uses userassembly patch
