Ok let's make sure you have, screenshot the useEncryption and useInRouting in your config.json in your grasscutter folder for me

Nope it's an encryption issue

Go ahead and go to your grasscutter folder and open config.json with notepad, screenshot useEncryption and useInRouting setting

Yeah so you have them enabled, they need to be disabled. Change both to false, then save and restart the server

Anyways once those are set to false and saved, server restarted, then it will work
