No, GeForceNow only provide you the access to play the game.. not the game files or the remote pc that you can control. In order to play private server, you will need to patch UA files and proxy in order to work

Basically not realistic. As said above, a client modification and proxy is required to play on private servers, probably no cloud gaming provider is going to let you do so.

Even if they allowed access to like... a whole PC, I sincerely doubt they'd give you the access required to allow Genshin in a VM, since it requires some special attributes set for it to work in the first place
