can we download the latest resources from cultivation (like we do when we first install it) or we need to search and download from GitHub?

download it from this link, extract to the grasscutter folder then rename it to resources (lowercase)

The resources folder is inside your grasscutter folder

userassembly is replacing metadata as the requirement to login on private servers

So you will patch userassembly instead of metadata, Cultivation is not updated to do it automatically for you yet so you need to do it manually

If you only downloaded that one, then only that one will be updated. You should get all of the resources though
