No I mean where can I find the prefabPath things and yeah what to put in them if they are wrong I don't think I downloaded anything wrong or have ever in my usage of Grasscutter since so long

Default file is up-to-date, you can copy details from https://github.com/Grasscutters/Grasscutter/blob/development/src/main/resources/defaults/data/Banners.json or just rename/delete your data/Banners.json file to have it create the current one on Grasscutter startup.

Have you edited your banners.json at any point, and is your game version 3.0?

Alright I will try that even if they should be the latest ones as downloaded from github for both the server with the clone command and downloaded for resources

Has your game updated since 9th September? The older 3.0 client will only have the resources for the first half banners
