Hello,
I’m playing on Meta Quest 3 and I’m experiencing frequent crashes during battles.
Sometimes, in the middle of a battle, the game suddenly freezes and closes, and I’m returned to the Meta Quest main menu.
I really like the game, but today it crashed 3 times out of 6 battles, which makes it difficult to play.

Hi, I have the same problem on Quest 3. During ranked matches the game sometimes suddenly goes to a black screen and then closes, returning me to the Meta menu. It’s been happening quite often lately.

Just adding that I’ve noticed a marked increase in hard crashes as well in the last few days.

“Feels like” (I’m aware that the stats might prove different) I’m getting a crash 1 in 5 games lately

There was a patch released yesterday. Hopefully this helped with the crashes. Please let us know if things have improved!

Hi there.
3 out of 4 rank matches crashed for me today. I’m on q3 v83 looks like it looses connection first (players and characters freeze but tracking and sound still working then it hard crashes the app (back to metaOs )

Thanks for the additional details they’re super helpful. We’ve been actively looking into the crashes that are coming in, and the extra information about what you’re seeing before the app closes gives us more to go on.

If you happen to recall what your team or the opposing team were doing just before the crashes (or notice any similarities between matches), that information would be really helpful for our investigation.

Really appreciate you taking the time to report this here. We’ll keep this thread updated as we have more to share.

No worries I know bug hunting can be tedious. First time it was mid game with a human player, I can’t recall precisely what I was doing I’m afraid but from what I recall I was going on offensive with my team and was attacking the main shard.
The other times it was at the start of the game one time with AI as I had no match and the other with human player and it froze and crashed during the count down or straight after (before I could take any action).

Had two games today and. I issues. Maybe it was connection errors and it cascaded into a hard crash.

I crashed a bunch yesterday, not today, but I restarted the headset almost every match to be sure
