1 report= nothing happens
2 reports= 30 Minutes chat ban
3 reports = 1 hour chat ban.
4 reports= 12 hour chat ban.
5 reports= 24 hour chat ban.
6 reports= 7 days chat ban.
7 reports= 1 month chat ban
8 reports= 1 hour dummynation ban and permanent chat ban.
9 reports= 12 hour dummynation ban.
10 reports= 24 hour dummynation ban.
11 reports= 7 days dummynation ban.
12 reports= 1 month dummynation ban.
13 reports= permanent dummynation ban.
