If this scenario is 1914, the Ottoman Empire did not control Albania, and the southern parts of Serbia. After the 1st & 2nd Balkan wars it was much different. Also for Asia, the Chinese Empire should be renamed to the Beiyang government which was the official name until 1928.
In this time the Shanghai settlements was a thing, it was a collection of Shanghai colonies that the great powers decided to merge into an international plebiscite.
