Just bump your previous navy suggestion (which has been repeated 50 times) instead of making a new suggestion.
Also Navy would be pretty hard to implement without perhaps getting anger from the playerbase like “this is too HOI4-y” or “too conplicated”. I mean it would be cool, but I don’t think Alejandro’s implementing it.
