Idk about anyone else but I would love to see more lever action rifles added to the game, there are so many brands and calibers on the market. I get there is a decent amount of work that goes into negotiating for using licensed gear and guns but its a shame we have a entire row of lever action perks and just a single lever action rifle in 30-30 win in class 4. Just saying if a western US map was made and a lever action rifle was the star attraction with animals like cougars, pronghorn and other desert dwelling animals or heck, even just a Marlin, Henry or "insert other lever gun company name here" weapon pack in sure you'd have no issue finding buyers, especially if you can land a deal with Henry and get their new Henry rifle in 360 Buckhammer like you did the Steyr GAMS.

.44 magnum in a compact lever action would be a dream deer gun for NP's big woods.

A .45-70 with a nice long barrel would be a beast for bear and elk there too.

That .360 buckhammer could be a good 5-6 rifle if you let one ammo for it cover a different class.

I seriously doubt anyone would complain about a .22 magnum or .17hmr for knocking badgers and foxes, not to mention the snowshoe hares.

If you feel like the .360 is too similar to the .30-30 (it's nothing like it) you could always do one of their .308 Winchester rifles.

Henry would be a fantastic company and I'd be more than happy to pay for a pack like this.

Okay, if they went with Winchester we'd get just as many good choices.

1894s are chambered in .44 magnum

1895s can be .405, .30-06, .30-40 too

We could get and 1885 Falling Block in basically any caliber (make the 1895 in .405 and this one in .30-40 for the perfect big game combo)

1894s are the original .30-30 but you can also get them in .38-55 and .35 Remington. If custom work allowed then you can get a .356 Winchester too

A lot people think of new big game lever actions, but don’t forgot how cool a 17 HMR would be. Going around hunting varmints like rabbits, fox’s, badgers, squirrels and possums (if they’re added) would be great fun with a lever action. It would give us another small caliber other than 22LR and it would be balanced since even it’d be firing slower than the semi auto 22, and it would be less accurate than the bolt action 22, but it’d have a higher capacity at something like 11+1 or even 15+1!

Would be nice to get a second rim fire cartridge, especially if it has a little more energy so it could be used for both tier 1 like rabbits and pheasants, as well as small tier 3 predators

Henry's. 17hmr lever action. Comes with fiber optic sights but you can mount a scope on it. They make the same model of rifle in .22 Magnum which I'd like just as well, it just doesn't have the reach of a 17

.22 Mag would be great on a southern reserve.

# river dragon Here’s the thing, it’s called game balance, what would be the point in the bolt ...

Frontier model only holds 8 rounds and if they go with a magnum it'll be too destructive on smaller game like hares and rabbits or the birds unless you are at longer distances. There's currently 2 rifles using .22 lr, a semi-auto using a 10 round magazine will be way better than a lever action with 8 rounds for faster targets like rabbits, the bolt action isn't nearly as strong as the magnum and would be a better choice in fairly open forests for smaller animals. The magnum is really only good at taking down fairly large targets like badgers, foxes, and hares like jackrabbits. You just have to pick the right one for your targets. Game balance is great but excluding a good weapon because there's some overlap with existing rounds is how the game gets boring fast

Yeah a winchester 92 or marlin 94 in 44 mag, a marlin 336 in 35 rem, and a henry big boy or winchester 1886 45-70 would be my choices for a classic lever gun. You could go modern with a browning blr in something like 358 winchester as well.

We have an entire skill tree that currently has 1 weapon, I feel like they intended to add several and just haven't gotten around to it

I'd love a model 1886 in 45-70 with long octagon barrel...and how about a set of 1873 in calibers .357 mag, .45-colt?

So, this is an 1886/71. It's a .45-70 or a .348 Winchester. They are some of the coolest sporter style Winchester rifles ever made and Craig Boddington has one in .348 that he loves for hunting bears (grizzly/brown). Would be incredible to see these things in game

Nice, but personally I never liked the shorter mag tube, so I'd prefer something like this. Image is a Win. 1873. At the moment I think there isn't anyone making a 45-70 with octagon barrel and strait stock. But marlin used to have a long cowboy model, that looked nice. Winchester also made them a few years ago...
