Snow in aurora shores is missing so much.
Rain, cloudiness and thunder storms are already in, even though for some users they are more frequent than others (for me personally, it's been roughly one thunderstorm every 100 hours, rain is more frequent, clouds even more so).
Well one storm in 100 hours is not enough when the time in the game is 4 times that means one storm in 16 days. That doesn't seem quite realistic to me considering the signs in the countryside say we play sometime in late summer and early fall. Not to mention the rain is getting pretty frequent at this time of year.
And yet, all you have to do is copy and average the weather from 5-10 past years at some location. And we wouldn't have to deal with it at all. The developers are playing God and trying too hard to make us like the game. The problem is we want realistic nature not the one they want.
edit: I'm talking about Transylvania..on other maps the weather may be fine (I can't judge)
we have thundery, rainy & cloudy weather already, it just doesn't happen that often, and i like it that way.
snow on all maps tho that give each map a different skin for a day or two? YES PLEASE
It should happen more often tho. You can just fast forward the time if you dont like it.
Having nearly 50 hours in the game and not seeing anything apart from light drizzle is not how it should be.
As for falling snow and changing the map for a while - absolutely. Bring it on.
Id also like to see fog, that would affect both ours and animals visibility.
as it currently is, when it happens, it's a nice refreshing change, because it's uncommon
if it happened more often it would become a pain imo. you might be able to skip weather easily but you will age animals at the same time.
Having it more common than every 50/100 hours is far from "often" and becoming a pain.
A lot of games dont even take 50 hours to complete.
