[Co-op] See how many damage each party member will suffer

When playing co-op, if you have evasion (or blocks or...) and your friend does not, it is useful to hit monsters so they target you.
However, it's a bit annoying having to ask players how many damage they will suffer all the time. This should be visible on their HP bars, like on your character.
