I thought the same when I went to research about UPS, but the wattage of your PSU is not the deciding factor. you have to find out the power factor and how long do you need your setup to last off the grid. nerdy stuff aside, you need a 1500VA UPS(recommended) and 1200VA minimum.
i have an 800VA UPS, and it's good at everything but Backup, it warns me of low battery the second it loses power. so i had to power it from my IPS.

Bad: lower RAM & lower performance

7600xt is slightly at a higher price point.
Good: more ram, better then 4060 performance, redeon Exclusive features.
Bad: No DLSS(But FSR is available, equivalent to DLSS), and low ray tracing performance.

yes, but here is the thing extra ram will only help you till a certain point. rx 7600xt will cut for simple edits in premier pro, but when you apply heavy effects in premier, after affects the 7600xt is gonna lack, and this is where nvida comes in with all its cuda.
