this happens when user manually edit during ai edits causing oldString to not match

actual issue was line shifts during edit, because ai may not know line numbers have changed when it was applying sequencial multi-edits and i shouldn't tell ai to read file again for line numbers that's more token waste.
line shifting is fixed by tracking internally using const shift: number = 0 . 0 means no shift yet.

then comes real problem that's not fixable or worth fixing.
weak models e.g. glm 4.7 keeps reading file after every change when i said in prompt that we handling shift internally but still doesn't listen. it uses latest line nums after reading when internal cache has different line nums causing conflicts.
it happens rarely but enough to say not usable for production. so i dropped this tool
and figured another approach inspired from this.

• api works with built-in fetch, smtp depends on nodemailer.
• smtp ports are blocked in most hosts.

and by smtp i assume you referring to what nodemailer comes default as it doesn't require auth details, gmail can't identify who's sender and goes to spam. email sender needs DKIM/SPF records to be trusted.
