• bought new nvme next day. live booted Tiny Core Linux with flashdrive to install arch. during archinstall writing data it worked for a hour again device damaged error appeared on new one. bios stopped detecting both now

another 7+ hours of troubleshooting here's how i solved

1. tried shorting cmos jumper in motherboard to reset bios. while doing this accidentally touched the ram, now monitor also went blank
2. bios reset made both ssd appear. but damaged device error persists
3. it wasn't the ssd, live-boot flashdrive had slight loose connection in front jack. and Tiny Core Linux bullshit os that failed to resume the disconnection
4. deleted tiny core. downloaded original arch iso in flashdrive which handled loose disconnection properly
   had no ai, everything i typed manually including long paths, backup all data from old ssd and git repos while having constant read/write failures

mf just use nixos, even if everything fails, as long as you have the config, everything will be the exact same way as it was(your nix config must declare everything for that, personally i do my settings from nix, hacky murky ways sometimes, that is the downside
