I have since disconnected my epic from killer klowns hoping it would fix the issue and no luck does not give prompt to log in...
Not even an option to sign in is available

Could you try deleting your local save data?
Disclaimer: This will reset unfinished challenge progress, your loadouts, and settings.
To delete your local save data:
- Go to your Windows Search Bar
- Type in %appdata%
- Go into the "Diony" folder
- Delete the "Saved" folder
- Launch Killer Klowns From Outer Space: The Game
Let me know if the issue still persists afterwards
