Greetings, are there any use for those ore geysers besides cosmetic ?

I wouldn't classify them as cosmetic, but they certainly don't have a purpose in 21.1, they have a planned features that are not implemented yet. I just didn't know when I'd get them in, so thought it best to gen them rather than get the feature in then find that we couldn't use them because people had them missing in world

Okay, I had been collecting them thinking I could get ores out of them somehow, guess I'll stop for now

You can break them if they are in the way, but they aren't supposed to drop anything

I haven't tested with cardboard, but yea Dire's tool will definitely do the trick
I think the cut paste gadget straight up ignores everything in terms of relocation rules

Seems like not a bug report:

"The BG2DENY tag ignores these blocks for all things (Build/Exchange/Copy/Cut) and the RELOCATION_NOT_SUPPORTED tag is built into neoforge, and is used for the CUT function (In addition to BG2DENY). This is how the cut/paste gadget ignores stuff other modders say should not be 'moved' . Relocation_Not_Supported is an agreed upon tag for modders to use when they don't want certain blocks moved around. "

It is mostly a moot point until they have a function which eont be until next major version at the earliest. Not 1.21.1
