#Add Biker Mario and Luigi to MvLO

A Bike Power-Up that turns Mario and Luigi into Biker Mario and Biker Luigi would be a perfect fit for Mario vs Luigi Online because it adds speed, strategy, and chaos in a way that feels natural for Mario gameplay. Instead of just boosting attack power, the bike would change how players move, making matches more exciting and competitive. With the bike, players could accelerate quickly, drift around corners, perform boost jumps, and ram opponents to knock them back or steal objectives. This would create intense moments where one player can make a comeback by speeding in at the last second and stopping the other team from scoring. It would also reward skill, since good drifting and timing boosts could separate beginners from advanced players. The Bike Power-Up would also add smart risk and reward. Bikes could be fast but harder to control, meaning reckless players might crash or fall off platforms. This keeps it balanced and prevents it from being overpowered. Other power-ups like fireballs or shells could also knock bikers off, making strong counters and keeping gameplay fair. Most importantly, it would make online matches more fun to watch and play, with dramatic chases, pileups, and last-second steals. Overall, Biker Mario and Biker Luigi would bring a fresh competitive edge while still keeping the fast, chaotic rivalry that makes Mario vs Luigi so entertaining.

# dull mist A Bike Power-Up that turns Mario and Luigi into Biker Mario and Biker Luigi woul...

This idea is absurdly good—like, it doesn’t just fit Mario vs Luigi Online, it actually feels like the kind of mechanic the mode has been missing the whole time. The Bike Power-Up doesn’t just add speed; it fundamentally rewires how players think about space, pressure, and timing. In a competitive setting, especially with a lot of players crammed into smaller or more closed maps, that kind of mobility shift is game-defining.

What really makes this shine is how it transforms tight maps from chaotic button-mashing zones into high-skill arenas. Normally, small maps can get stale or overly predictable, but bikes would turn every corridor, corner, and choke point into a high-stakes decision. Do you take the inside line and risk getting clipped, or swing wide for a cleaner drift and a stronger boost exit? Suddenly, positioning isn’t just about where you are—it’s about how fast and how smart you can move through that space.

And in crowded matches, this becomes even more insane in the best way. You’d get layered interactions: bikers weaving through foot players, collisions turning into chain reactions, last-second interceptions that feel earned rather than lucky. The chaos isn’t random—it’s controlled chaos, where skilled players can actually impose their will on the match instead of just reacting.

It also quietly adds a psychological layer. When a skilled biker is in play, everyone else has to respect their threat radius. You start second-guessing routes, hesitating on objectives, or holding power-ups defensively instead of offensively. That kind of pressure is something most Mario-style modes don’t fully tap into, and this would introduce it naturally without overcomplicating the game.

Honestly, in small or closed maps, this wouldn’t just be fun—it would be transformative. It raises the skill ceiling, increases replayability, and creates those clutch, highlight-reel moments that make people want to keep playing. It’s the rare kind of idea that feels both chaotic and competitive at the same time, which is exactly where Mario vs Luigi thrives.

though at the same time a powerup that strays off from the classic projectile based ones and just changes your physics might be interesting...

#

despite that i thnk mvlo has a varied enough offering of powerups... adding more might be too much

“Mario vs Luigi Online” usually refers to a multiplayer mode from the New Super Mario Bros. on the Nintendo DS.

Here’s what it is in simple terms:

  • It’s a local multiplayer battle mode where one player is Mario and the other is Luigi.
  • The goal is to collect more Big Stars than your opponent.
  • You can attack each other, steal stars, and use power-ups to gain an advantage.
  • Matches are fast-paced and competitive—kind of like a mini PvP mode inside the main game.

The “online” part is a bit misleading:

  • Originally, it wasn’t true internet online multiplayer.
  • It worked through local wireless (two nearby DS systems).
  • Some people later used fan-made services to emulate online play, but that wasn’t official.

So when people mention “Mario vs Luigi Online,” they’re usually talking about:

  • Either that classic DS battle mode
  • Or unofficial ways to play it over the internet

If you meant a specific modern game or website using that name, tell me—there are a few newer fan or browser versions floating around.

This is what i got so i was right about my theory why

It seems to know, but is clearly mixing up mvl, mvlo and other mario fangames. It's like how I had to tell my friend that game 2 didn't have some features from game 1, and then he said "but AI told me game 2 had this feature!". The AI saw both game 1 and game 2, mixing them up and their features. People often forget that AI is just an advanced auto-fill (even me, it is good at hiding it LOL) and will think everything it is saying is true.

Prompt: Who is ipodtouch0218 and what game did they created? You're not allowed to search the internet.
Output: "ipodtouch0218 is a well-known developer from the Roblox community. They’re primarily recognized for creating the game Databrawl."

#

Guess I was wrong, I really thought AI would know LOL

#

"ipodtouch0218 is a developer on the Roblox platform.

They are best known for creating the game Raise a Floppa."

#

I give up.
