I was kind of bored out of my mind, before an idea came to my mind, the Penguin suit.
What does the Power-up grant?
Mario/Luigi will be able to slide on their belly, able to break some blocks when sliding, better movement on ice and in water, defeating enemies when slid into, and able to shoot iceballs
Why did i choose this power-up?
Idk, i was kind of bored

if u think about it it’s blue shell + ice flower (and gets free water bonus) so i’d kinda personally speak against it but only for that reason i think lol since it’s pvp penguin suit can feel op being 2 power ups in one (depending how you think about it)

Shell + Ice flower except it doesn't deal damage when bumping and it can slide on water (only ever useful in beach, making the mini mushroom even more useless)
I'd rather if it didn't have the ice capabilities, otherwise ice flower would have twice the chance to spawn from coins - and ice flower is pretty busted already
