Allow to add moderators

Add a feature to add moderators to the lobby. It is like giving a host, but which co-exists with the original host. So multiple people can be a host. A moderator can't kick or ban the host

There are only 10 players at most, maybe let's say 5 on average in lobbies normally. There's very little need to have extra moderators, there's almost nothing to moderate anyway... It's not like a public server with hundreds of ppl that might break rules and spam...

I meant moderator is like a co-admin

A moderator can select maps and do anything a host can do

i actually really like this idea!!! i 100% agree that some kind of system like this should be in the game, :3

mainly for playing with people you know :3

i like the idea that you and a friend can both essentially be the hosts of a lobby and tweak what you both need, sometimes it does bother me how me and someone else who im playing with cant both choose the settings :'3

but i think it should definitely be a very very simple feature and shouldn't have much nuance :3
