A results screen after a match would be cool to have to see each placement in the match for a second, plus it might feel more natural.

It's when the round ends it shows player that wins then 15 sec of result like kills and self destruct or how may did he took a stars and even how much. U targeted propeller mushroom, throw ice flower, mega mushrooms so I'm sure u can save one results well... Don't know about that

It shows all the important stuff stars and lives is all you need to know. Deaths are useless, you can use simple math to deduct them (total lives - lives at the end), and coins are not always the best thing to go for,since mostly losing players try to get items, other than the fact that it's not the objective of the game

Results Screens don't have to show only useful stuff, just stuff you're curious about. Take Smash Ultimate, the results screen is filled with content from knockback speed to projectiles used. A resultd screen will also make matched feel less abrupt when they end

Im guessing it is subjective at this point. I only care about what matters and the game ending doesn't feel abrupt at all to me. Having said that, and knowing that devs want to make it as close as possible to the original, it's likely not going to get added in vanilla. But some modders might consider it.

Only the wins though. I've tried the 1.8 beta, and there is a win counter already.
