Unlike most Hefty Hazards, it can be pulled by an Idea Bulb, like most regular hazards it is affected by Gravity and despawns when falling down, like most regular hazards it is more of a specialized version of an item (i.e Big Shell, Big Bobomb), and like most regular hazards, it's more of a smol change, nothing more on the game changing side like blocking off the loop of a level, completely tilting the level, puttinh players through blocks, having a persistent enemy, and unlike hefty hazards, I see multiple Bowser Shells working well
