I know only one can be done which is why I'm going to suggest ideas for both to make the decision harder!
-Grapple towards players:
Allows the player to hit their target from the side as if they stomped them. This move can be cancelled if you hit get hit or the target moves vertically far enough.
-Bring players towards you:
Make the initial hit of the grapple hook do the fireball stun animation, maybe even make it comboable with a jump afterwards?
