You get a color for doing something, and each color depends on what you did. It's not just something you can do whenever, though, as you need to actually gain some form of respect and trust here first, that of which you're actively taking away from yourself for having this kind of behaviour. The only 2 colors I'm aware of that exist for MiiBumm's mod are the undecided playtesters color, or the rainbow color, which I believe you get by allowing MiiBumm to give it to you
