Ever wanted the pesky mini mush campers off fortress? Well this might help! (i think)
Basically, the host has a choice to toggle any powerup from appearing during the round, seemingly removing it from that lobby until it is toggled on again.
Hopefully this is decently simple, since i dont want to throw in an extremely complex suggestion right off the bat.
