#I wanna be unique

huh these don't feel bland/generic to me
i'm thinking you could turn down the bass maybe because trust me it'll be much better during mastering if you don't redline everything before then
To be honest, I'm really bad at mastering 808's, i'll try a new track to try and study it but yeah i feel like i overdo it alot
yeah i mean who doesn't overdo the bass anyway
if you want crunchier 808s i suggest you put it at like -3 or -6dB whichever goes best with the kick and add a hard clipper to bring out some extra harmonics just don't overdo that too you should just tweak it until it sounds right
The volume variations are going to be a headache when it comes to mixing and mastering, but I like it when people make music that has personality.
Really good but i think it feels a bit too scattered like three different patterns are going on at once, but if that's the style it's really unique
The second one's 808s drown out the other instruments but great job
yo are these your first beats? the 2nd beat is hard asf maybe a beat switch if you plan on making it longer. Like you could transpose it up an octave
If it's good I'll mix it all properly and actually work on it, I'm just tryna learn the style. I've made music before and stuff various styles but i've gotten super fixated on rage right now
