Im not an expert in this genre but funny how the vocals are loud and energetic while the melody is calm and jolly, also i think u should lower the vocals a bit and make the melody more energetic to match the vocals.
Also add a limiter to the vocals

the biggest problem with this is that the vocals are very loud and unmixed and it makes a very uncomfortable sound in the ears, all power to you if that’s what you’re going for, but you should definitely turn them down. the stuttering on the vocals are also very offbeat and it sounds like there is a lot of background noise too that makes the beat feel cluttered and messy. i think if you fix those things it will go a long way
