try to build something with a lot of tension without hitting too hard. i used 2 of jim jones speechs for the intro and the breakdown for a cinematic effect. mix is not on point. is it too repetitive ? i feel like it lacks something but idk what

I feel like the thing its lacking is a melody, thats why it must seem repetitive to you, i dont really know much about this genre tho

Good start, vocal and sounds give indeed tension. You stretched your intro to the maximum you could. Beat comes in at 45sec and I feel that it wasn't too soon nor too late. Timing there is on point. Your building up (also build up the expectation of the listener), break with the vocal had me listening a few times to that part. But yet again, i feel you did the exact same thing as the intro. Now the drop is what is killing the track. Personal opinion ofcourse (cuz who am I ^^) It should EXPLODE (a nasty acid or other synth. Keep the dark vibe in the track, a rumble for the kick perhaps. There's something in it, just not there YET! 😉
