There is this thing in music we call bass, which are low frequencies in music. They occupy octaves 1, 2, and 3, but I wouldn't recommend octave 3 for your bass as it just sounds weak. Find a "bass" preset and find where it sound low on the piano roll. Since it might be hard for you to tell, use the plugin called "Fruity Parametric EQ 2," as it lets you see the bass is playing (look for the biggest peak, that is the note).

im currently kinda new too, only made 3 beats so far, i recommend you to watch different tutorials on yt including MUSIC THEORY because that's what helped me the most so far. i cant really give better tips because i still suck lmao

okay some advice now... since you will likely figure most stuff regarding melodies, harmonies, chords and all that by yourself, i suggest you tackle learning the basics of drums early on, because that becomes a big problem for producers later on. i suggest you go look at some basic drum beats.
nothing crazy, just 4 on the floor type stuff to get your bearings. enver try to get too fancy with drums, but dont be afraid to experiment (if it sounds good thats all that should matter for you)

4 on the floor is very popular for types of EDM, like techno and house, however, its not as popular in other styles of music, like rock, hip hop, or pop. Even other genres of EDM don't use it as much, like dupstep or drum and bass. Try learning drums from the genres of music you wanna make, but like the commenter said, you shouldn't be afraid to experiment.

What ever you do bro, do not stress on drums, focus on the melody first then take care of everything ever afterward. Also music theory would help
